Peter oversees the strategic asset management and execution of business plans for CDP’s portfolio through oversight of operations, leasing, and capital renewal. He collaborates with university and project stakeholders to align budgets with the dual objectives of enhancing student housing quality and achieving financial targets. His duties include daily stakeholder communications, weekly leasing meetings, bi-weekly operations review, monthly financial assessments, and annual budget planning. Additionally, Peter integrates operational considerations into the design and preconstruction phases of projects, working closely with property management and university partners. With over two decades in commercial real estate and construction, Peter has cultivated a deep proficiency in asset management, capital raising, and strategic acquisitions, overseeing a diverse portfolio of property types including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets.
