Founded in 1990 by Mike Mouron, Capstone built its reputation through a singular focus on student housing and a deep understanding of campus environments. In 2012, following a strategic succession plan, Capstone Development Partners sharpened its focus on public-private partnerships with colleges and universities. This next chapter strengthened Capstone’s ability to navigate the complexities of campus development while delivering tailored solutions aligned with institutional goals.
Today, Capstone Development Partners and Lincoln bring their legacies together, combining Capstone’s deep expertise in Student Housing Development and Lincoln’s more than 60 years of national, vertically integrated experience to provide a truly unique student housing proposition.
