Joshua Totten

As a Senior Financial Analyst with Capstone, Josh collaborates with Capstone’s Senior Vice President of Project Finance to develop and execute financing strategies for Capstone’s development projects. Josh is skilled in underwriting and spends much of his time building financial models that use well-informed assumptions to create effective pro formas for each project’s stakeholders. Josh brings investment banking experience from previous firms including Citigroup and Ramirez and Co. He has financed over $7B in public infrastructure projects including convention centers, school systems, airports, toll roads, water and energy systems and general obligations. Drawing on his experience, Josh helps colleges and universities navigate campus developments with data-driven financial insights.
