Jordan works closely with the company’s leadership to craft innovative transaction solutions for Capstone’s college and university clients. He is responsible for all project financing and identifies strategic capital and ownership structures that fit the needs of Capstone’s project partners. He also provides pro forma modeling, capital budgeting, and valuation analysis for all new development and acquisition opportunities. Jordan has five years of prior experience as a real estate investments analyst across various sectors including student housing, multi-family, office, and retail. Since joining Capstone in 2015, Jordan has closed $385M of on-campus development financings, including a $134M 100% private equity financing at the University of South Florida and a $158M non-profit owned tax-exempt financing for the University of Massachusetts Building Authority and The University of Massachusetts Boston.
