Since 2016, Jordan has played a leading role in advancing Capstone’s on-campus and campus-edge student housing and campus development platform, leading the structuring of nearly $1 billion in tax-exempt bond financings and private equity transactions for public and private colleges and universities across the country.
Jordan leads the financing strategy for Capstone’s developments, working closely with university partners, financial institutions, investors, and development teams to identify innovative capital sources and structure customized ownership and financing solutions aligned with each project’s unique goals and priorities.
With deep expertise in public-private partnership structures and higher education development finance, Jordan provides strategic guidance throughout the transaction process, including financial modeling, capital sourcing, partnership structuring, and deal execution. He is recognized for his financial innovation, analytical approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to navigate complex financing environments while aligning the interests of universities, investors, and project stakeholders.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, twin boys, and our dog Indy. The five of us hope that Capstone will decide to open a Costa Rica office, which we would happily occupy year round. I’m an avid rock climber, an enthusiastically amateur tennis player, an unapologetic foodie, and a consistently solid performer in interoffice competitions.
