Jordan Gaston

Jordan will be leading Capstone’s efforts to expand the company’s business into the financing, development, and operation of workforce housing.  Jordan previously served as the Director of Finance within Capstone’s finance division from 2016 to 2021. During that time, he led the structuring of the ownership and financing of almost $1B of Capstone’s on-campus and campus-edge student housing and mixed-use developments. Jordan most recently served as a Vice President in Citigroup’s public finance department, where he focused on executing P3 financings across a variety of asset classes including student housing, workforce housing, and homeless shelters.
