Jahala Akins

Jahala is dedicated to professional development, where a culture of growth can be facilitated. As Vice President of Operations for CMP, she supervises Capstone Management Partners’ cell teams and leads the operations of CMP. She has 18+ years of experience in the student housing industry and specializes in transitions and stabilization of assets. Collaborating with CMP’s Senior VP of Operations, she develops action plans to enhance onsite operations, maintain strong relationships with our college and university partners, and create vibrant living environments for our residents.
