David Torres

David brings more than 22 years of construction and development experience to Capstone and has had the opportunity to develop and build interesting and complex projects across the nation totaling over $1B. His experience includes overseeing the construction of a variety of project types including amusement parks, tennis stadiums, historical renovations, commercial developments, and intricate public / private school developments. For Capstone’s Denver office, David is heavily involved in the pre-construction process and through completion to ensure projects run as smooth as possible through the entire schedule duration. David serves as liaison between our clients and our well-vetted consultants and strives to create positive results for all vested parties.
