Bryan Trojan

Bryan brings more than 15 years of commercial, mixed-use and residential real estate and project management experience to the Capstone development management team. Based in Denver, Bryan leads Capstone’s off-campus development, focusing on walkable, campus-adjacent and campus-integrated markets where thoughtfully designed housing can enhance the broader student experience while complementing university growth. 

Leveraging his development and construction experience throughout New York and Denver, Bryan manages relationships of all project stakeholders including lenders and equity partners, the local community and the institutions to be served, while maintaining a focus on the student resident. Bryan’s primary day-to-day responsibility is to lead and manage all phases of a project ranging from the initial site due diligence, programing, designand financial closing to project close out.
