Capstone Development Partners was selected as the University of the Pacific’s development partner in Spring 2015, after competing in a public procurement process. The new 158,000 square foot development includes two new four-story buildings consisting of 142 studio, two-bedroom and four-bedroom units providing a total of 381 new beds for upper-division Pacific students. Calaveras Hall offers over 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity features including social and study areas and a pool. The $36 million project was completed and open for occupancy in Fall 2018.
This is Capstone’s third collaborative partnership with Pacific to develop student housing on campus.
