From 2000-2003 Capstone partnered with Oklahoma State University on a multi-phase development to grow and improve the University’s on-campus student housing offerings. Broken into three phases, the Phase I apartments and suites added 630 new beds to OSU’s inventory. The garden style apartments offer private four bedroom/two bath and both private and shared two bedroom/two bath units, with full kitchens and living rooms, along with a community building and recreation areas. Phase II consists of three types of housing: Apartments, Suites and Family housing. The Family housing replaced 252 existing beds while adding parking, exterior sports courts and a patio area. The Apartments added 528 beds and parking spaces while the Suites added another 321 beds and additional parking spaces.
