DESCRIPTION
The new student housing for OSU-Okmulgee provides over 300 beds of new housing in two, four-story “L” shaped buildings with elevators and central corridors connected by a one-story community building. The development also includes two, three-story garden style buildings of two-bed/one-bath student family apartments, providing over 90 beds on a separate site. Each four-bedroom “suite” unit has a two-bedroom, one bath suite on each side. The student family apartments provide two bedroom/one bathroom units with full kitchen and a living room and a fenced play area with equipment. The new housing was completed in 2001.
