DESCRIPTION
In 2002, the Capstone Team was selected by IUPUI to provide 800 beds of apartment style housing for the campus. Working closely with the Indiana University architect, the architectural response was consistent with other structures in the neighborhood. Completed in 2003, the community was constructed with steel frame with brick and limestone cladding.
