Forest Villas is an on-campus community developed in partnership with Francis Marion University. Capstone delivered the 67,000 square foot garden style housing for the University in two phases, with Phase I completed in 2004 and Phase II in 2007. The residential village consists of three apartment buildings with a 5,000 square foot community building. The exterior skin of the buildings has a two-story brick veneer base with the third floor consisting of painted hardie panel. The community building houses a common lounge area, a study room, a central laundry facility and a fitness room. The typical undergraduate apartments include four bedrooms with two baths, a full kitchen, living room and storage closets. The bedrooms are designed for single occupancy with full size beds.
