DESCRIPTION
Capstone Development Corp’s first on-campus public private partnership was completed in 1997 and was in partnership with Spring Hill College. Capstone partnered with the College to develop over 140 beds of housing designed in four bedroom suites to house primarily seniors returning to campus from off-campus housing. The housing was so popular that the project was 100% leased within 20 minutes on the first day of leasing.
