DESCRIPTION
In order to meet the needs of their growing student body, Green River Community College selected Capstone to assist them in creating a residential component to their campus with a new 343-bed student housing facility. Opened in 2004, the project consists of four bedroom units with full kitchens and living rooms, and includes a mixture of townhome and traditional apartment units. The architecture and finishes were designed to compliment the campus and the surrounding neighborhood.
