Taylor Thompson

As a member of the development team at Capstone Development Partners, Taylor draws from his specialized experience in higher education real estate and public-private partnerships (P3s). He brings both advisor- and developer-side experience to the planning and execution of student housing and mixed-use projects. Taylor understands the priorities institutions value most, having helped universities evaluate and select development partners, and he applies that perspective to help Capstone deliver solutions aligned with each institution’s strategic, financial, and student experience objectives. 

Prior to joining Capstone, Taylor advised colleges and universities on more than $1 billion of campus housing and mixed-use P3 developments at Brailsford & Dunlavey. His experience includes market analysis, developer selection, and management of the pre-development period by leading the design, legal, and financing workstreams.
