Nick is a People and Culture leader at Capstone, partnering with leadership to guide the organization through growth, integration, and transformation. Building on 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, serving in roles of Portfolio Supervisor to Regional Manager to Managing Director and ten years in People and Culture, Nick’s passion for supporting the people that make Capstone the premier student housing service provider is evident in his advocacy for people development and communication vision and implementation. At Capstone, Nick designs scalable people systems that align strategy, culture, and the employee experience, with a focus on benefits, compensation, performance, and leadership development.

I live in Denver with my family, where curiosity, community, and exploration shape both my personal and professional life. As a licensed sailing captain, I am drawn to measured challenges that require awareness, adaptability, and respect for the environments and people within them. Through experiencing diverse cultures and human systems firsthand, I bring a global, people-centered perspective to my work, translating real-world insight into thoughtful, resilient organizational cultures. In my mission to support my community and the multifamily industry, I am the chairman of the advisory board for Entryway Colorado, a national non-profit whose mission is to place people experiencing homelessness into Multifamily management roles.
