Nicole Warren

Nicole leads Capstone’s proposal development, corporate marketing, and business development support initiatives, playing a key role in advancing the firm’s on-campus student housing and campus development platform. She is responsible for coordinating and preparing responses to college- and university-issued RFQs and RFPs, working closely with Capstone’s development managers, construction managers, and external design and construction partners to develop compelling, strategic proposals for new campus developments nationwide. 

In addition to leading the proposal process, Nicole supports Capstone’s broader business development and corporate communications efforts through industry engagement, brand management, and strategic marketing initiatives. She represents Capstone at national higher education and student housing conferences, coordinates corporate events and client-facing initiatives, and oversees the development of press releases, marketing collateral, and corporate branding efforts that strengthen Capstone’s market presence and visibility. 

Nicole helps ensure consistency across Capstone’s communications, proposal strategy, and brand positioning while supporting the firm’s continued growth and long-term university partnerships.
