Joining CDP in 2021 as the Vice President of Development Management, Yvette brings more than 13 years of commercial and residential real estate and project management experience to the CDP development management team. Newly relocated from Boston to Denver, Yvette will leverage her previous development and construction management experience to bring a fresh perspective to our university student housing projects. Yvette’s main focus in development management is to foster a collaborative team environment in which every team member has the space to contribute and make our projects the best they can possibly be, all while maintaining focus on controlling schedule and budget. Her primary day to day responsibility is to lead and manage all phases of a project ranging from initial RFP/RFQ to programing, design and financial closing to project close out.
Yvette has extensive experience developing multiuse projects in urban settings. In the past 10 years, she has overseen the development of over $1B of new development encompassing a total of 1 million SF of built space. Further, Yvette has 6 years of experience negotiating and working with public entities (state, city and federal) to ensure the fruition of projects and their ultimate success.
In her spare time, Yvette loves to do anything outdoors in the mountains with friends and family. Yvette is an avid runner and ultra-marathoner, rock climber and has recently picked up skiing since moving to Colorado. Yvette holds a BA in Middle Eastern History from Simmons College and is proficient in English, French and Arabic.
