Office Manager

Victoria provides support for all staff in the Birmingham and Denver offices. As the Office Manager, she is responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, assists with marketing, provides IT support and troubleshooting, plans and coordinates office events, and makes sure that travel schedules and itineraries are coordinated and booked in a timely manner. In Victoria’s words “I make sure that everything in the office is running smoothly and cohesively, identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.” During her career, Victoria has worked in various roles with Procurement Services at The University of Alabama, receiving and reviewing RFPs, procuring and analyzing competitive bid responses, and negotiating contracts for various departments, among other tasks and responsibilities.

Get to Know Me

I am always up for an adventure, love spending time outside, and enjoy traveling whenever possible. One of my bucket list items is to visit Iceland or Alaska to view the Northern Lights! My favorite outside activity is hiking, but you can find me participating in a variety of activities, most recently including rappelling, skydiving and rock climbing! When I’m not enjoying time outside, I like to spend time with family and friends, especially my 3 nieces! I love to organize pretty much anything, am an idea generator, and have a creative side that comes out at the most random times.
