Thomas Northcutt

Before joining Capstone, Thomas lead construction teams for residential build-to-rent communities across central Alabama. At one time, he had anywhere from 30-40 new home builds and renovation projects simultaneously that he managed. He’s held multiple roles during his construction career, such as site superintendent, project manager, and construction manager. Thomas also has extensive experience with large loss commercial renovation projects due to water and fire damage. He has experience working with investors, owners, architects, and city officials during the design and preconstruction phases. From planning and implementation to closing construction projects, Thomas brings an eagerness to help the Capstone team in a dual role as a Construction and Quality Control Manager.
