Patrick has more than 8 years of experience in higher education, working closely with university partners to finance and implement transformative real estate strategies. Patrick’s project experience spans more than $1.5 billion in real estate acquisitions and development.  Patrick is responsible for all project financing and identifies strategic capital and ownership structures that aligns with all stakeholders involved.

I’ve spent the last 8 years tailoring and implementing financial strategies for higher education clients in accordance with their unique goals and objectives. In between work and spending time with my family, I enjoy traveling, cycling, and getting outdoors with my wife and two young children.
