David Marshall

David has over 35 years of experience managing construction of residential, multi-family, commercial and 10 years’ experience in student housing with Capstone. David is responsible for observing the Contractor’s performance of work to insure compliance with plans and specifications. David strives to create a positive team attitude with Design Team and Contractor’s by establishing expectations early in the process so that each team member understands their role within the team and works toward the same objective. As Quality Control manager, he contributes to new construction techniques, practices and procedures, looks for opportunities for project cost reduction and improvements in efficiency. David has a proven track record of completing difficult projects on schedule and budget and has overseen some of Capstone’s most schedule-challenged projects to date.
