Bruce McKee

As a Principal with Capstone Development Partners leading its Denver office, Bruce brings more than three decades of experience working on capital projects with colleges and universities. During his more than two decades with Capstone, Bruce has been responsible for overseeing more than $2 Billion of development. He has led successful projects in New York City, San Diego, Seattle and many points in between. He is an active participant in the development process, bringing both educational and professional experience in planning, architecture and construction. As a project’s Principal and Project Executive, Bruce works closely with development team members, project stakeholders and partners, consultants, and municipal leaders. He oversees the western region Capstone development team staff as well as the Capstone Management Partners team. You will often find Bruce in project meetings with clients, on site during construction or even at move-in during project openings.
