Bruce McKee

Bruce joined Capstone in 2003 and has enjoyed a successful career overseeing the development of nearly 15,000 beds of on-campus and university-affiliated student housing, representing over $2 billion in total development. 

His partnerships have spanned coast to coast, with projects in major markets including New York City, San Diego, and Seattle, as well as many campuses in between. 

Bruce’s commitment to transparency, innovation and appreciation for the college campuses that Capstone’s student housing communities serve is reinforced daily through Capstone’s guiding mission statement and our executive leadership team.
