DESCRIPTION
Capstone Development Corp partnered with Arkansas Tech University to develop new housing for the campus. Completed in 1999, the housing added over 160 beds to ATU’s capacity, and was built to attract students back to on-campus living and serve as a tool for retention. Capstone worked closely with the University to design the apartments so that they were complementary of the existing architectural heritage of the campus, while incorporating design details of the Student Center and Library. The housing is prominently positioned in the front of the campus, next to the Student Center.
