DESCRIPTION
From 2000-2003 Capstone partnered with Oklahoma State University on a multi-phase development to grow and improve the University’s on-campus student housing offerings. Upon final completion of Phase III in 2003 the multi-phase partnership delivered over 1,700 beds in a mix of suites, apartments and family housing and the renovation and expansion of two 1950’s-era historical buildings, including a 7,300 sq. ft. café and 22,400 sq. ft. dining center, and new construction of a separate 11,790 sq. ft. dining facility and c-store.
