To keep up with their growth and to modernize their housing stock, the University of the Pacific selected Capstone to design/build develop 400 new beds of apartment style housing over two phases. Each building of Monagan Hall features four bedroom/ two bathroom apartments with a full kitchen and common living room. The housing design focuses on brick, gable roofs and precast exteriors accenting the University’s existing “gothic” architecture. Phase I of Monagan Hall was completed in 2001 and Phase II was completed in 2003.
