Capstone Development Corp partnered with Stillman College in 2000 to bring over 140 beds of new housing to the campus. The new three-story 153 unit, 300-bed student housing facility was constructed across a grassy lawn from two existing Stillman dormitories on a gentle slope overlooking the football practice field. Units are arranged so that two students are housed in shared, semi-private bedrooms with a full bath.
