DESCRIPTION
Working with Christian Brothers University, the Capstone team prepared a housing master plan carefully locating two new residential buildings to overlook a scenic grove of old growth mixed hardwoods near the heart of the CBU campus. Capstone Apartments was completed in 1999. Capstone’s coordination with Christian Brothers University staff included innovative project financing, and extending the high-speed data network and telephone system along with cable television to each bedroom.
