New Faces at Capstone: Yvette Tetreault – Vice President of Development Management

We are pleased to welcome Yvette Tetreault to our development team in our Denver office. Yvette joins Capstone with an extensive background in real estate development having spent the majority of her time working in hotel development. Yvette has managed multiple large-scale projects from pre-entitlement through completion and operation. She brings a unique edge to our company with her experience in managing a career academy focused on bringing university students from diverse backgrounds to the world of real estate.  Yvette grew up in rural Maine and later moved to Boston where she received her BA in History from Simmons College. She lived in Boston for 17 years and just recently moved to Jamestown, Colorado with her husband Tom and their dog Skogur. Together, they love to explore the mountains by going on runs, hiking, and snowshoeing treks. Yvette is an avid runner and enjoys zooming through distances upward of 50 kilometers! She has captained a number of 200-mile relay teams where she finds a passion in bringing people together to share in a common goal.
