The University of Virginia (UVA) selected Capstone Development Partners, a national leader in student housing partnerships with higher education institutions, and a team of design and construction partners to bring new upper class housing to Grounds. Capstone’s partners for this project are Elkus Manfredi Architects and a joint-venture construction team of Hoar Construction and Hourigan.
